Return & Replacement – Before Accepting the Product
Please inspect your product carefully upon delivery, in front of the delivery agent.
We will only accept replacement or return requests if the issue is reported before accepting the goods.
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product is damaged or defective
- Items or accessories are missing
- The product is not as described on our website
You must provide:
- A valid order number or invoice
- A clear reason for return with supporting information
You Cannot Return If:
- The product was accepted and later rejected due to a change of mind
- The product was used, damaged by you, or has missing parts
- The original packaging or box is missing
- Partial returns are not allowed — you must return the entire order
Important – Check Before You Accept
To ensure a smooth return process:
- Always check the product in front of the delivery agent
- If you notice any issue, report it immediately
- Once the item is accepted without complaint, we cannot entertain later claims
If COAT PIN BD Cancels Your Order:
- In rare cases, due to stock unavailability or technical reasons, we may cancel your order within 15 working days
- If payment was made in advance, a full refund will be processed within 10 working days
- Any cashback or promotional credits used will be adjusted from the refund
If You Cancel Your Order:
- If you cancel after making an online payment, a payment gateway charge will be deducted before refund
- Cancellation is not possible after order processing or production has started
Refund Policy:
Refunds are applicable only in case of cancellation, non-availability, or verified product issues
- All refunds will be made via the original payment method, typically within 7–10 working days
- Refunds are not applicable for customized products once approved and in production
